Stone Creek Goat Milk Cheese
Our Stone Creek Farmstead Cheeses currently include the following. (click thumbnails for larger images)
Chèvre – This is a fresh, soft goats milk cheese made in the traditional farmstead fashion. We offer a Classic, Garlic, and Chive, as well as seasonal flavors.
Crottin – A lightly aged bloomy rind. These small, 2-3 oz. rounds are the most popular cheese in France.
Blue – Stone Creek Bleu has a subtle bleu flavor that strengthens with age. Our Bleu is coated with a vegetable ash, then aged in our cave for a minimum of three weeks.
Smoked Gouda – We actually smoke our Goudas over an apple wood fire, then wash and age in our cave for at least three months.
